DRC Systems is looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to support our international sales efforts in the European market. This role focuses on lead generation, sales development, and prospect engagement to build a strong pipeline for the sales team. You will play a critical role in identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and scheduling qualified meetings for senior sales managers.

Requirements

  • Experience in lead generation, inside sales, or SDR role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in cold calling and prospect outreach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients.
  • Generate new leads through: LinkedIn outreach, Cold calling, Email campaigns, Networking platforms, Market research
  • Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their business and technology needs.
  • Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings for the Business Development Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system: Leads, Outreach activities, Conversations, Meeting schedules
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategies.
