Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/IT/Business. MBA preferred.
DRC Systems is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for the European market to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for our IT services portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in IT services sales, consultative solution selling, and international client engagement, with the ability to build strategic relationships and close high-value deals.
Requirements
- 6–10 years experience in IT services or technology consulting sales.
- Proven success in international B2B sales (EU market preferred).
- Strong understanding of software development, digital transformation, or cloud solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing complex enterprise deals.
- Ability to work independently in a high-growth, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- New Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients.
- Responsible for generating qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, digital channels, and partnerships.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
- Understand client business challenges and propose technology-driven solutions.
- Sales Cycle Management
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Manage RFP/RFI responses, proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop winning solutions.
- Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, technology leaders, and decision-makers.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with delivery teams, solution architects, and leadership to align offerings with client requirements.
- Coordinate proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activities, and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunity pipelines.
