We are looking for a dynamic and professional Senior Executive – Office Operations & Reception to oversee front office management along with day-to-day administrative operations. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless workplace experience, efficient office functioning, and a positive first impression for clients and employees.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced IT services environment.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Manage front desk operations, including calls, emails, and visitor coordination.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, client visits, and leadership meetings (including virtual setups).
  • Monitor and ensure office cleanliness, infrastructure readiness, and workplace experience standards.
  • Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for employees and clients.
  • Maintain MIS reports related to administrative work.
  • Manage purchases and vendor relations.
  • Proactively follow up with internal & external stakeholders.
