Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
- Manage front desk operations, including calls, emails, and visitor coordination.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, client visits, and leadership meetings (including virtual setups).
- Monitor and ensure office cleanliness, infrastructure readiness, and workplace experience standards.
- Assist in travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for employees and clients.
- Maintain MIS reports related to administrative work.
- Manage purchases and vendor relations.
- Proactively follow up with internal & external stakeholders.
