Mr. Jainam Shah is a qualified member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds degrees in Commerce and Law, equipping him with a diverse background and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, legal frameworks, compliance, and corporate governance.

With a decade of experience, Mr. Shah has developed deep expertise in managing compliance with various corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and other compliance-related matters, including corporate governance, bonus issues, preferential issues, and M&A activities. His expertise lies in ensuring that the Company follows the necessary rules and regulations. He is skilled at working with regulatory bodies, understanding complex laws and providing solutions to corporate problems.

Before his current role as Chief Compliance Officer at DRC, Mr. Shah worked with Infibeam Avenues Limited, overseeing a wide range of corporate and secretarial functions. In that capacity, he liaised with regulatory authorities to ensure the company adhered to all statutory requirements and best practices in corporate governance.

Mr. Shah maintains an optimistic outlook, helping overcome challenges and keeping morale high.
