Mr. Jainam Shah is a qualified member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds degrees in both Commerce and Law, equipping him with a diverse background and a robust understanding of the regulatory requirements, legal frameworks and compliances, and corporate governance.

With a decade of experience, Mr. Shah has developed deep expertise in managing and ensuring compliance with various Corporate Laws, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Regulations, and other Compliance related matters including Corporate Governance and managing Bonus Issue, Preferential Issue and M&A Activities etc. His expertise lies in ensuring that the Company follows the necessary rules and regulations. He is skilled at working with regulatory bodies, understanding complex laws and providing solutions to corporate problems.

Before his current role as a Chief Compliance Officer at DRC, Mr. Shah worked with Infibeam Avenues Limited where he was involved in overseeing a wide range of corporate and secretarial functions. In that capacity, he dealt with various regulatory authorities and played an efficient role in assisting to ensure that the company adhered to all statutory requirements and best practices in corporate governance.

Mr. Shah maintains an optimistic outlook, which helps in overcoming challenges and keeps the morale high in any situation.
