DRC Systems India Limited to acquire majority stake in Inexture Solutions Limited to expand global reach and strengthen technology capabilities
Gandhinagar, India – June 17, 2025 – DRC Systems India Limited (BSE: 543268 | NSE: DRCSYSTEMS), (“DRC Systems” “the company”) a leading provider of information technology and software consultancy services, today announced plans to acquire an equity stake in Inexture Solutions Limited (“Inexture”) not exceeding 50.10%, a move designed to accelerate the company’s global growth and strengthen its delivery capabilities.
The proposed acquisition – valued at up to INR 1 crore – is subject to regulatory and statutory approvals. Upon completion, Inexture will operate as a subsidiary of DRC Systems, further enhancing the company’s ability to serve a broader client base across geographies and industries.
